Dr. Katherine Klassen

HBSc, MB, BCh, BAO, CCFP
PGY-3 (Regina)

Katherine was born and raised among the orchards of Niagara, Ontario. She rowed her way to a scholarship at the University of Oklahoma, initiating her undergraduate degree. After two years, she transferred to her local university, Brock, to complete her Bachelor of Science. Following a hop across the pond, Katherine completed her medical degree at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Departing from the Irish countryside, she navigated to the prairies where she earned her Family Medicine qualifications in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Eager to pursue her love of acute medicine, she joined the Regina team of Emergency residents. Outside the hospital, Katherine can be found walking her lively pup Mowgli, indulging in a good murder mystery, or baking sweets for her friends.
