Kennedy grew up on a grain farm near Imperial, SK, and knows zilch about livestock. She completed her B.Sc. in Neuroscience at the ULeth, and later, her MD at the USask (Regina campus). Her interests include PEM, Wilderness & Remote Medicine, and Med Ed.

Outside of medicine, she likes painting, crafting, camping, movies, music, and staying active through various sports. She appreciates her cat, Finley, tolerating her antics. She enjoys themed events & holidays; particularly, those that allow an unnecessarily committed costume.
