Nojan grew up in Edmonton just in time to for the Oilers to enter their decade of darkness. He stuck around to complete his undergraduate degree before moving to Calgary for medical school. He is looking forward to continuing his training in Saskatoon.

Away from the hospital you can find Nojan playing various sports at a sub-par level (except for golf where he lives way above par). He also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants with friends, and mixing new cocktail recipes.
